Completing this form is not required to submit an Expression of Interest, though we do encourage it. Doing so lets us send you the EOI template and submission instructions directly, and keep you informed of deadlines, clarifications, and any updates to the RFP as you prepare your submission.
The RFP is organized into three groups — General Characterization, Eye Safety, and Skin Safety — spanning ten technical areas. Select the group(s) most relevant to your work below; you can indicate more than one.
Completed Expressions of Interest are submitted by email to safe-uvc@blueprintbiosecurity.org. EOI deadlines vary by group. Full details are in the RFP, which is available on our website and will be included in the email sent following submission of this form.
